Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions of purchase (hereinafter the "General Conditions"), regulate the legal relationship that emanates from the purchase and sale processes carried out by you on the website located at the url https://https:/itzelsoy. com and Itzel López García, residing in Mexico City. You accept the General Conditions from the moment you use or contract the service or purchase any product. This document can be printed and stored by you. Purchase of pieces of ART

I. Placement of the Order 

​

1.1 In order to place an order you must be 18 years old and have the capacity to contract. You declare that the data and information you provide us are true and up-to-date.

1.2. You can place the order through our online store at https://itzelsoy.com or by email | Via whatsapp  Orders that arrive in a manner other than those indicated above will not be accepted.

​

In case of agreeing on other forms of purchase and payment, these must have been scheduled in advance directly with our team.

​

1.3. By placing your order you are making us an offer to purchase the products you have selected in accordance with these General Conditions.

1.4. Once your order is accepted, we will send you a confirmation by email which will also include the order number. The order confirmation will be effective from its shipment. If we cannot process your order due to any incident, we will contact you by email or telephone.

1.5. Once the purchase has been made and as quickly as possible, within reason, Itzel.soy will send customers an email with the order receipt that will contain the summary of the purchase, as well as payment information, if applicable, and shipping and billing.

1.6. Itzel.soy will send a physical receipt that will be received together with the order. This receipt will be issued in the name of the individual or company that has placed the order, so customers must make sure to place it with the correct name.

2.Supply of your order 

 

2.1. We will supply you with the selected products in the confirmation of your order, in accordance with these General Conditions.

​

2.2. Order reception hours are twenty-four (24) hours, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year, although orders placed after sixteen (18) hours will not be processed, leaving for the next business day in Mexico. Orders received over the weekend will be processed first thing the following Monday or first business day.

 3.Prices

 

3.1.The price of the products includes the corresponding VAT and will be the one indicated in your order and/or invoice. VAT payment will be paid by the customer.

3.2. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as indicated in your order and invoice.

​

3.3. In shipments outside of Mexico, the customer will bear the costs of customs clearance and other taxes that are applicable upon receiving the product.

 4.Payments of your order(s).

 

4.1. You can pay for your products using the payment systems that appear in the payment methods section of our online store or by bank transfer.

4.2. If you pay by credit card, you must provide your credit card details at the time of placing your order. We only accept payments with secure cards in which your identity as the cardholder is authenticated according to the method established by your bank, through the secure electronic commerce service (“Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode”).
